Added to the first team roster in December 2005, Dean was in his third season with the club’s Kingston College Academy side.  He used to play Rugby at school, and his first football was with Parsons Green Eagles, but he then joined Epsom & Ewell juniors, Brunswick, and West Middlesex Colts, before stepping up to play in the Brook House youth side in 2004/5.  Reached the final English Colleges’ trials last season, and was placed on reserve for the squad. Dean was called-up for his senior début in October 2006 and went on to make over 30 appearances by the end of that campaign. An elegant, stylish player whose potential was quickly noted by the Manager, he signed his first contract in 2007.  Had a month’s loan at Bracknell Town early in 2007/8.
